Delivery: To address specified by the lessee (customer). Lessee grants right to enter said property for
delivery and pick up equipment on the date of rental. I agree to take responsibility for the rental units
indicated above. Any damage to the said rental unit(s) is to be paid for by the lessee, this may be a repair or
full replacement at retail price.
I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an inflatable
interactive amusement device brings both known and unanticipated risks to myself and my guests. These
risks include but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing, and colliding and could result in injury,
illness, disease, emotional distress, death, and/or property damage to myself and/or my guests and invitees.
I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge The Playroom of Fredericksburg, Inc, Kim &
Chris Fulcrod, and/or employees of The Playroom of Fredericksburg, Inc. from any and all liability claims,
demands, actions, or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to arise
out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the unit including these allegedly attribute to negligent
acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by
The Playroom of Fredericksburg, Inc and Kim & Chris Fulcrod, and/or employees of The Playroom of
Fredericksburg, Inc, in the defense of any such liability claim demand, action, or right of action.
In the event that I file a lawsuit against The Playroom of Fredericksburg, Inc and/or Kim Fulcrod and/or
Chris Fulcrod, and/or employees of The Playroom of Fredericksburg, I agree that the substantive law of
that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law of that state.
I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to
cover any bodily injury or property damage, which might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from
the use of the unit(s) I am renting.
Rules: Lessee agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said equipment is in the
possession of the lessee.
Accompanying this contract is a set of directions for use and safety rules, which I agree to, follow and
utilize at all, times during the operations and use of all said rental equipment.
I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document along with the
safety rules. I understand the content of this release form and the safety rules and that I execute it freely,
intelligently, and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms.

Rules & Rental Agreement
Specific Rules to Follow:
1. Compatible age groups must play on a unit at the same time. Age groups must not be mixed.
Different sized children must not be mixed.
2. The rental unit (inflatable as described on the rental agreement release) is designed for children
and is not recommended for adults. Adults should be cautious, jumping in the same area or sides
can cause the bouncer to tip over or crush the foundation of the bouncer!
3. The maximum number of participants allowed on the rental unit
Castle or Jungle Bouncers 13x13, limit of 6 participants (6 years old) or 4 participants (8-
10 years old). Adults 2 participants, jump cautiously, weight limit per person 300 lbs.
Ocean or Princess Bouncers 15x15 limits of 8-10 participants (6 years old) or 6-8
participants (8-10 years old). Adults 2-4, jump cautiously, weight limit per person 300 lbs.
4in1 Combo Bouncers 15x17, limit of 8-10 participants (6 years old) or 6-8 participants,
(8-10 years old). Adults 2-4, jump cautiously, weight limit per person 300 lbs.
Obstacle course limits of 8-10 participants (6 years old) or 6-8 participants (8-10 years
old). Adults 2-4, jump cautiously, weight limit per person 300 lbs.
4. All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and anything else that may harm the rental unit.
5. No flips or somersaults
6. No food or drinks inside or near (within 10 feet) of the rental unit.
7. Please do not cut plastic ties on front of the rental unit.
8. Please do not tape or fasten anything to the rental unit.
9. Children must be supervised at all times. Please read list of rules to all children using the rental
unit.
10. Take the blower inside of house if it starts to rain.
11. The moon bounce can be used with wind up to 15 miles per hour. If wind exceeds 15 miles per
hour, turn off bouncer (after all kids have exited!).
Should the rental unit begin to deflate: Remember to have all participants exit the
bouncer. All rentals have an emergency exit on the top, undo the velcro to help any
trapped participants out of bouncer. For trouble shooting call 804-690-3753 or 804-690-

I understand I am responsible for watching the moon bounce and to ensure all
participants are obeying the rules & regulations.
